A Corner Podium (G+2M) and two different building types—Building Type 1 (1F to 6F + RF) and Building Type 2 (1F to 6F + RF)—are included in Project Block A. In Block B, there are two examples of Building Type 2 (1F to 6F + RF) and a Middle Podium (G+2M). Block C has two examples of Building Type 2 (1F to 6F + RF) and a Corner Podium M (G+2M).

The Central Building also features a G+1+R construction. M/s. Stars Development Co. PSC, the client, works with M/s. Sharjah Engineering Consultants' experience to ensure that this complex project is carefully planned and carried out.
